Mitsubishi Barely Alive: Drastically Lower Sales

Exclusing newly designed Eclipse model cars, Mitsubishi sold 6972 vehicles during the month of November 2005 versus 7563 non-Eclipse vehicles it sold during 'disappointing' November 2004 period - a drop of about 8 percent. Since number of selling days in November 2005 were 25, one more than the number in 2004, on per selling day basis the drop in sales was about 12 percent with no end in sight.

2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse Sales are Slipping Fast too

Eclipse sold 1930 units. It has sold as high as 2496 Eclipses in September 2005! During February 2006, the sales should pick up a litte because of the introduction of 2006 Eclipse Spyder but all should be downhill from there.

2006 Raider, 2006 Lancer Sales???

Exclusing Eclipse, Galant and Endeavor, November sales was fewer than 3000 units (2926 units). It includes sales of its newly introduced 2006 Mitsubishi Raider pick up trucks, Lancer, Lancer Evo, Outlander and Montero SUVs. Seems like Mitsubishi did badly in sales of these models.
