Defect details: The supply line and control line to the park brake fitted to the right hand side of the cab inner sill has the potential to contact a radiator support bolt. This could result in chaffing of the airlines and consequent air loss resulting in activation of warning buzzers and lamps.
Consumer action: Owners will be advised by mail. For further information contact your authorised Mitsubishi Truck Dealer.
Consequences: Should the operator ignore the warning systems, the park brake would eventually apply gradually and slow the vehicle to a stationary position.
Problem: Park brake may apply due to air line damage

Defect: The air lines for the park brake control from the hand control piece may abrade against a bolt for the radiator support bracket.
Consequences: The low air alarm will come on and the park brake will be slowly applied.
Corrective action: Mitsubishi Truck dealers will replace damaged hoses and fit a securing clamp
