Complaint Description: consumer was driving down road when a fire ignitied in engine. consumer applied brakes , but they were inoperative. had to pull emergency brake which caused loss of control ,vehicle spun around before it stopped. consumer jumped out . wiring and wheel covers, basically everthing was melted. *ak the cause for the fire could not be found. however, the consumer firmly believes that something was not installed correctly at factory that caused the five month old vehicle to burn. *yh .
