Complaint Description: driving slow due to snow on road when vehicle started to skid. hit an embankment & went over. hit a rock dead center of vehicle. upon impact with rock, neither air bags deployed. also, seat belts on driver side & restraining child seat in the rear came unbuckled. child seat flipped over to driver side (no child). bottom of bumper was ripped off. *ak .
