Complaint Description: when removing child from the integral child safeyy seat shoudler harness locked up. harness got tighter and tighter around child's chest. parent had to cut the harnnes strap(s) to removed the child. dealer/manufacturer were contacted about the problem. manufacture was looking into the problem. problem has not been corrected. *ak .
