Complaint Description: recall 97v073001/driver's side guide rail: vehicle experiencing problem with the driver side guide cable coming out of the rail, and leaving the occupant without any retraint. dealer notified, and informed consumer that this vehicle was not covered under recall due to vin. *ak the shoulder belt became stuck in a position that would not restrain the driver. *yh .
