Complaint Description: passenger's side seat belt is inoperative, the seat is locked in open position, prventing any usage of the passenger's side seat belt. also, recall 97v073001 deals with the same problem, but only includes driver's side seat belt. passenger's side seat belt is not included. *ak *ml .
