Complaint Description: recall # 98v168001 power train: transfer case (4-wheel drive) dealer stated that recall work was performed some time ago. even though recall work was performed consumer is experiencing leaks and noises coming from the transfer case. vehicle was taken to another dealership about a month ago. dealership stated that the transfer case was shot, meaning that it was empty. *ak .
