Complaint Description: there was recall o1v225001 a few months back regarding steering gear locking up. consumer had problem resolved. currently, same problem was occurring in same vehicle. contacted dealer. *akconsumer was involoved in an accident where the steering wheel locked up and consumer crashed into a pole. since then consumer was in motion when the wheel locked again causing consumer to crash into a gaurd rail. *jg .
