Complaint Description: consumer was driving 65mph vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. upon impact, both driver and passenger airbags did not deploy.*ak the vehicle was considered a total loss. consumer received injuries including severe back and neck pain, and lacerations to the stomach and shoulder areas. *jg .
