Complaint Description: suspension points to lift up vehicle were not strong enough, especially left front side of tire. this has happened three times, and vehicle has fallen down off of the jack which would not stay up. dealer had been contacted. *ak consumer states that the information given on how to jack up the vehicle is inadequate. *jg .
