Complaint Description: transmission output crankshaft wore. a brand new one was installed because nobody makes parts for this transmission. the cost of a new transmission was around $8,000. this is definitely a defect in the component because everyone with the awd model 3000gt or stealth has this problem. the problem started in 1991 and yet nobody has been able to get the maker to own up to it. its time to make them pay, these cars are not cheap to begin with. .
