Complaint Description: this vehicle was involved in a front end collision causing $6500 in damages. both air bags failed to deploy. i was told by the dealership manager that nothing could be done about the problem. i refused to make further payment on the vehicle, and voluntarily surrendered same to mitsubishi motors credit of america, po box 6044, cypress, ca 90630-6044. all parties were notified of the dangerous condition of the vehicle, yet on june 12, 2001, the vehicle was irresponsibly sold by mitsubushi credit for $9,100. whoever now owns the vehicle is in grave danger to the driver and passenger should a collision occur.*ak .
