Complaint Description: the hatchback was suppose to have had a handle to pull the hatchback down the owner 's manual shows that handle but my car had an enclosue inside the hatchback on the right side. my hand came out of the enclosure and the hatchback closed on my hand and fractured my third finger on my right hand. .
