Complaint Description: dear sir, i have a 1994 mitsubishi 3000gt vr4 , purchased new and maintained in immaculate condition.over the past several years the seatbelt retractos have been gradually failing and nolonger properly tension the belt after i buckle.mitsub rep says out of warrenty, tough luck. it cost me $280.00 to have the driver belt assemly. replaced. many other owners of this vehicle have this same problem (per mitsu club info via internet. does mitsubishi have any responsibility beyond warrenty?? this is a safety issue!! thanks for your help. *ak .
