Complaint Description: 42 days after the purchase of my vehicle(used), i stopped at a stop sign and could not go into 1st gear to pull forward. the car wouldn't go into any gear while the car was running. after having it towed back to the dealership, they told me the clutch "exploded." i was treated very poorly at the dealership, they accused me of doing the damage and charged me for the repairs. exactly one year later the throw out bearing went out on the year old clutch. i went to another repairman after the dealership would not honor the warranty. .
