Complaint Description: tire has dry rot near hub cap ,it has very little wear on tread.i was told this will cause a blowout and i should buy new tires .these are expensive tires that should have many miles left.does michelin offer an exchange for this defect?all four tires show this defect. *ak( dot number: tire size: p235/75r15 ) .
