Complaint Description: had recall work done prior to any failure in 1997/now the seat belt assembly has failed with repair cost of the part @ $650.00 and 2 hours labor @ $136.00-- it is felt that the repair @ time of recall was not reliable and current failure should be repaired without cost to car owner--think manufactor should still pay for repair. *ak .
