Complaint Description: while vheicle is in motion the right seatbelt shoulder harness (srs) would deploy and retract randomly.this was a recalled part failure which was repaired by the dealership. i feel this is a componant failure on a recalled item and i have the failed part for your consideration. richard kerti 904.428.7562 .
