Complaint Description: consumer took the vehicle to the dealer for recall repairs, owner indicated the repairs did not include or indicate damage to the ball joint boot, the recall component (sr-99-002). mitsubishi inspected the vehicle and found the rubber boot to be intact but the lower control arm was broken. based on the facts obtained during inspection process, mitsubishi respectfully declined the customer?s request for reimbursement. *yd .
