Complaint Description: auto was purchased new and has been maintained 100% by dealership. hood latch failure so as not being able to open hood to service engine or anything under hood. have been advised that bumper has to be cut off to reach hood latch for replacement at owners expense. nothing has currently been done to fix problem.*ak .
