Complaint Description: when the brakes were applied, the vehicle vibrated uncontrollably. the driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle and drove it to a repir shop for inspection. the mechanic informed the consumer that the rotors and pads needed to be replaced. please provide further details. *jb .
