Complaint Description: no events leading to failure other than normal very infrequent use (use=1x/3mo). rear seat driver side seat belt attachment bolt loosened and dis-attached from seat belt fastening base. bolt came out with seat belt attempting to fasten belt around child while child in child booster seat. ailure is not corrected yet.*ak .
