Complaint Description: while driving at 40 mph, the consumer's vehicle rear ended another vehicle. the other vehicle was part of a six car pile up. the consumer was wearing his seat belt but the air bags did not deploy. the consumer suffered severe head trauma and other injuries. a police did arrive on the seen and a report was made. *jb .
