Complaint Description: while driving at 65 mph consumer's vehicle was cut off by a merging vehicle. consumer swerved to the left to avoid colliding with the other vehicle. then, consumer lost control of the vehicle, and collided head on with the guard rail. consumer was wearing seatbelts. however, frontal air bags did not deploy. consumer and the passenger sustained non life threatening bumps to the head. police did arrive at the scene, but no one was cited. *ak .
