Complaint Description: my dashboard is cracking all over and the paint is oxidizing (no clear coat?). i have only used clear coat safe products on my car and these conditions started at the end of 2002 and beginning of 2003. my car is a 2000 mitsubishi eclipse gt and problems like the above should not occur for several years! *jb .
