Complaint Description: in august, 2003, my 2003 mitsubishi lancer evolution viii clutch failed with only 5000 miles on it. dealer denied warranty coverage as "wear item". arbitration failed to produce a favorable result, although service writer stated "it does not look like abuse" and afadavit from ase master mechanic stated that there appeared to be no abuse involved.*ak .
