Complaint Description: consumer complained about non deployment of the air bags. consumer was driving between 30 to 35 mph and was involved in a frontal collision. upon impact, air bags failed to deploy. manufacturer was not contacted. also, dealer was contacted, and stated that air bags would not deploy if vehicle had not made a saddling stop, which consumer insisted that there were two.*ak .
