Complaint Description: my car has been making a strange sound, so i took it in to the dealership yesterday. they discovered that i was out of oil- though there have been no obvious oil leaks, and the oil light has never come on. due to this, extensive damage was found through out the engine. i was told that the oil lights don't always work. *jb .
