Complaint Description: when traveling 54 mph on a 4 lane highway the transfer case component seized without warning and both rear tires locked. the car slid across the oncoming lanes and onto the shoulder of the road. by luck i was not killed or injured. the car has never been wrecked and has been well maintained. there was no warning of impending failure. ****ak dims 11 ivoq entry posted after 12/12/02 cut-over to artemis****758136. .
